Am finishing off the lamb tagine and serving it over rice.

For supper today .. I might fire-up my little coal ppt again and get cooking in the garden , as long as its not raining !
I think I heard yesterday that there might be a few showers .

I have a loin of lamb that I think would cook very nicely on the coal pot for my darling's supper also might do some more quinoa and veg .
I boil the water and cook the quinoa whilst the BBQ is getting to the right heat for cooking the meat , will also cook veg at that stage of the BBQ heating . Them when charcoal is at its white heat I will put the meat on to cook .

The funny part about that is, Minnies avatar is of the Green Man and my avatar is a picture I actually drew with a blue artist pencil but my camera made it come out green no matter what I tried. Also the avatar loader really made it look quite different .  This is the drawing .

Ashen, if you want it to retain it's aspect and clarity, crop and size it to 80 X 80 pixels before you load it.  What program do you have for fiddling with it?

Not sure what's for supper.  I may make a smoked salmon dish of some sort, maybe with rice, bell peppers, Greek yogurt and cilantro, a little parmesan . . . and field greens.
