Howdy All
Hi all.
Thought it's about time I started to use the place and not just read. My name is Steve and I have a passion for both cooking and baking. I work in travel and in my spare time run www.bakingsocial.com which is a community for people who love to bake.
I hope to chat to many great people on here and hopefully help answer questions and share some great recipes that I have.

Hi Steve, welcome 
Wonder if you can help me... Any ideas for a sweet but healthy pud/cereal bar I can make myself, i'm a diabetic (type 2) and in need of something thats low in cals and low Gi.
