I made boneless chicken breasts with mushroom sauce served over jasmine rice and steamed asparagus.

Take Manuka honey with lemon in hot water - it's great and helps to a recovery.
I shall have cold sirloin beef with a proper salad.

Frizz, you probably know that Golden Century is where lots of Sydney chefs go to eat after service. Pippis in XO sauce is what they are said to eat most commonly.
