Roast shoulder of lamb.....smashed swede and carrot, roasties...green beans...
and .......of course, Yorkshire puddings with gravy....
Not your typical midweek "dinner" but the Mrs. needed cheering up.... ![]()

Ramen noodles, with a couple of eggs (for protein) and pasta seasoning. Simple, but nourishing.

Tandoori-style chicken legs (I made my own paste but lacking a tandoor, they'll be oven baked on a rack) with basmati rice, tomato and onion salad and wilted baby spinach. Fruit to follow.

Yes, it has been a long time. Things got busy, my computer died and life goes on! I bought Jamie's Great Britain the other day and i thought i better check in on the forum, its been way too long.
As for dinner it looks like take out
