Roast shoulder of lamb.....smashed swede and carrot, roasties...green beans...

and .......of course, Yorkshire puddings with gravy....

Not your typical midweek "dinner" but the Mrs. needed cheering up.... big_smile

Ramen noodles, with a couple of eggs (for protein) and pasta seasoning.  Simple, but nourishing.

Tandoori-style chicken legs (I made my own paste but lacking a tandoor, they'll be oven baked on a rack) with basmati rice, tomato and onion salad and wilted baby spinach. Fruit to follow.

Yes, it has been a long time.  Things got busy, my computer died and life goes on!  I bought Jamie's Great Britain the other day and i thought i better check in on the forum, its been way too long.

As for dinner it looks like take out  hmm

P.s Its good to be back and too still see some familar faces!
