Hi Eric & Merlin...recently I've received 3 notification e-mails that a forumer has answered a thread I am subscribed to - when I click onto the link to bring me here to Jamie's Forum it says...

"Bad request. The link you followed is incorrect or outdated". hmm

I think, Maree, mentioned to me also that this was happening to her also (hope I've got that right, M?).

Just curious & thought I'd let you lovely guys know!

Send the new pic/avatar to "Editor @ jamieoliver dot com" remove any spaces..

You may need to send the image as an attachment...Merlin has taken over from Danny, he will sort it...

Hi WheelieFoodChik,

The file size is reflected in the number of bytes it is, not just its dimensions. As Wine~o said, though, if you'd like to send it to the editor account I'll gladly fix it for you.

the file size requirements are a bit ridiculous .. with the high quality of photos taken now even on smartphones, getting down to 10kb with the software most people have is a chore.

@Merlin: I just sent the new pic to the editor account. Watch out for the subject line: New Avatar Pic-WheelieFoodChik wink

PS: Merlin, I accidentally sent the pic for the avatar from my old email! I sent it again under my current email, subject line: New Avatar Pic- WheelieFoodChik(current email)...the 2nd version should match the email on file for me now.

Merlin, you look quite nice in your new photo as well. I hate to even ask, but when I try the 'Recipe' option at the top of the page, the pull-down menu isn't forthcoming.
