Theres no problem with leaving them overnight in cellophane.
They could rest in the fridge for one hour, or the processus speeded by placing the dough in the freeze instead of the fridge.

Seems delicious! WOW! you can have 15 for the price of 1 from a supermarket. This will save me a lot of money as my family love eating croissants, so its a daily consumed product within our household.
