I did a slightly different version and it was lovely.
Mashed Vaux'tatoes
Ingredients-
1 large Cauliwobble
1/2 tin of unassalted Chick Peas (drained and washed)
A large knob Buttery
Method-
Throw Chicks into a deep microwave safe bowl
Cut florets off and lob them in bowl too.
Put plate over bowl and microwave on full for 4 minutes
Put knob into hot mixture and blend the lot. until smooth
Eat.
Smile.
Lovely with sunday roast, peas, carrots and thick gravy.
SLURP!!
