Thats not true and you should know it!!

We are all average chefs when we cook in our own home, you and i and many others could become 'real chefs' on TV. My *not* sophisticated painted nails and *zero* groomed greasy hair will loose me a few points!!

I am less than average compared to my husband.
(Don't tell everyone else...ssshh) My husband and his best friend invented purée of courgettes over 30yrs ago .. to accompany salmon in white sauce, they wrote a Christmas pamphlet(sp). Young and trusting, their recipe was then 'adopted'.

I have a great problem, i admit that i am a food snob and will only pay for the best which is for me organic, mainly meats and eggs..if i cant afford them i go without as is the rule in my family.

The only ones that dont know their mistakes are those that we read about in history.
