I have in mind to send to Chicago amateur bakers a video I made with friends at my baker's "forno", and my son asked me why do I not add the English sottotitoli (??) 
the good news is that he believes we can do it

My good new is... from the last week i have a new house with all the things my family always dreamed, they are very happy and that´s my best reward.
