weird as it may seem to those that have heard me talk about and blog  with pictures about bbq / grilling or  meat in general .  the sexiest / stylish dish I have had in the last couple years was a salad.

Citrus Marinated  local Trout over top of sprouts and micro greens with a sesame Mirin Vinaigrette

Sticky Toffee Pudding Clotted Cream, after sex, heaven, seriously try it. Watch it though it’s very hot.
Probably a nice Asian salad, colourful, aromatic, tasty, healthy, sexy. When  British Lobster is involved in the mix, well that’s it.

On a Jamie note: The lightest Gnochi, via 15 London, was just that , sublime! Both 15 Cornwall meals have also had sexy elements to them.

The fig sallad simple things, great quality, sounds sexy.Some of the Serano , we have had (9 euros a 100g in Andalucia) oooooh yes.
