sorry REDFOX...the only blue food I can think of are Blueberries...

Poisons were traditionally put in blue glass here in the UK, So that you could identify poisonous substances easily...

I would think that the simplest option is to make a cake of some sort and decorate with the colours of your choice.  Other than that, can only think of the following:

Caviar is black!
Squid ink is black!
Liquorice is black!

White fish is, err white!
White chocolate is white!

If in doubt, use food colouring, or emigrate,  wink

If you made a sponge cake and decorated the top with the design of your flag, then put a suitable motiff in the centre, what could be nicer and more fun?

I know that blue jelly/ jello if avalible in America, I had to go to Walmart and buy a load for friend once. But thats not much help I know.

If it is any help , its easy to paint on that roll out fondant icing all you do is roll it out to the size and thisckess you want and let the surface dry a little before you paint on it with food colourings, I have a friend that makes painted icing disks that she then fixes on top of bought biscuits eith a little thin smear of buttercream icing , they are very prety.

blueberry - the clue is in the name.
I could envision some kind of cake incorporating blue black and white, without resorting to food colouring

bllueberries give more of a purple colour than a true blue ,
I dot think food colouring is too bad to use as not much should be needed to create the colour

haha poison. well I doubt I would want to poison anyone.
I wish I had frozen some flowers in the summer that are blue.

or something just served on a blue plate. like blue plate, black bread and some cottage cheese....plainly.

Happy Estonia 95th Anniversary!

Redfox I am making a virtual celebration dish of fresh baked white potato bread (left an hour to cool and then sliced and buttered), with field mushrooms cooked with garlic and butter until they are black and shiny, and served on a beautiful blue plate.

I can't help but garnish with a little fresh picked parsley, I hope that doesn't spoil it's honour to Estonia!
