Re: Whats For Supper?

my wife and I took her parents out for my father-in-laws 70th birthday. my wife and FIL had the rib dinner, my MIL had the prime rib and I had the special.   bavette steak and lobster tail, with brocolini and fingeling potatoes and frangelico cream sauce.   everyone was extremely happy.  cool  yummy

Re: Whats For Supper?

It's the turn of the pot roast brisket of beef today, with onions and potatoes cooked in the juices later.  Slug of red into the juices for the gravy.  Accompanied by baby leaf greens and baby tendersweet carrots.  Smells wonderful in my kitchen.

Re: Whats For Supper?

Coated thin chicken breast cutlets with tapioca flour (manioc) sides were: jasmine rice, tomatillo salsa, chopped, crispy red-leaf lettuce and guacamole. yummy   Made enough chicken for two meals.

Tonight - leftover crusted chicken, jasmine rice,  salad of chopped lettuce, jicama, radishes, tangerine, onion and cilantro; garnishes of guacamole and tomatillo salsa

It's incredibly spring-like and warm outside - perfect weather.  Forgot I had the oven warming for MrP's late dinner and it reached 26 C. inside the house!  Oops.
