canned salmone added to leek, silene vulgaris, peas and onion leftovers was the basis of our risotto, greenest ever home frozen parsley tossed in at the very end ............ I'm always tempted to add a few strawberries but the seriousness of my guests doesn't allow this shocked  wink  lol

assorted grilled veggies, portobellos, zucchini, asparagus, ramps, yellow bell pepper, sweet onion.   ceasar salad and grilled lamb shoulder chops.  yummy

Corned beef silverside with mashed potato, carrots, leeks and cabbage.  An oldie but a goodie,  Just the thing for the really cold and wet weather are having at the moment.

homemade grilled hamburger , horseradish mustard, homemade pickle, homemade relish, tom and onion.    leftover grilled mixed veggies from sunday.
