More brunch that brekky but I had steamed pork dumplings with soy sauce & spring onion greens

pancakes made with pea flour

and ketchup made after jamiesĀ“ recipe, which I really like. my mom loves that recipe cause we have so many tomatoes this year and it is a good way to preserve them.

you make the pancakes by beating two eggs, adding 4 tbsp pea flour, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup milk gradually. then heat some oil and add a knob of butter bake 2 large pancakes, 2 min each side.
delicious, suitable for gluten intolerant as well.

- I'm making pancakes today too but not until mid morning... Last day of holidays here so everyone will sleep in...

I had my coffe-apricot jam-toasted bread breakfast at 12 am and short after that started making peperonata  and pasta sauce at double speed
