units in jamies books

Hey

i own a translated version of "save with jamie". In my edition all the ingredients are meassured in grams, liters etc. However these translated versions are 3 times as expensive, so obvouisly i would prefer to buy the english versions, but what units do they come with. Pounds and ounzes? does anyone know?

Thanks in advance

Re: units in jamies books

Mine are in grams, kg and litres.

With many cookbooks it depends on which market they are destined for. The US tends to get oz and lbs.

Most of the rest of the English speaking countries get metric (gm, kg, litres) because those are the units of measurement that are standard/ what we use smile.

Re: units in jamies books

Most likely. I've bought (in the past) from the US site and been really frustrated because the measurements are in oz, lbs and cups.

If you want Imperial, suggest you try the US site smile.
