The first entry I read was about avocados.  Interesting and I didn't know about the Aztec name - haha.  What it didn't answer for me is when I see brown spots on an under-ripe avocado that is just cut open, is it disease or did oxygen get through some small crack in the skin?

mspablo thanks for telling me that i need to see is it spoilen or not if i see the spots on the avocados...aztec name- lol  big_smile very funny,jeez ahucamole-so what guacamole means... hmm ?
