Food intolerence

I am female aged 62, generally very fit but suffer from IBS. Following a visit to a private clinic. I have serious food intolerence!

No Yeast, No Dairy, No Sugar, No Beef or Veal.....
Frustated ! can anybody help :

There are lots of options which avoid dairy - substitute almond milk for cow's milk. Its a lot less calories too. But the list of foods to avoid seems a little strange to me. Was this the advice from a private clinic?

To be honest I'd be suspicious of these results.  Has the clinic a reputation, is it a clinic run by complementary practioners (some of them are really great ) but some are to say the least 'ify'

If you think you are that bad ask your doctor if you can have the tests done. You may have to go private but at least you'll know it's a reliable source
