Wherever possible we do support local charitable events that we feel are relevant to our business and local community. Regrettably we are unable to support every charity that asks for our help. I HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN AND WANT TO BRING THEM FOR LUNCH. DO YOU HAVE A KIDS' MENU?
You’ll find the kids’ menu here on the menu page. We welcome children in all our restaurants and Jamie’s put together some great dishes for them. There are also high chairs for smaller children, plus colouring sheets, crayons and lots to look at to keep them entertained.
THERE’S A JAMIE’S ITALIAN OPENING IN MY HOME TOWN. HOW DO I GET A TABLE FOR THE OPENING?
We put a lot of effort into training our staff and testing every dish before we open a new restaurant to reaches the highest standards, we open the doors for “business as usual” rather than hosting a party.
DOES JAMIE’S ITALIAN CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We are happy to help with any dietary requirements and will find a tasty solution in our restaurants for most requests. There is more information on the menu page. Please do feel free to call us before your visit to discuss or speak to your waiter when you arrive.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE AT THE RESTAURANT?
No, there isn’t a dress code. All our restaurants are relaxed and informal.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we sell gift cards for all our restaurants. They are from $20 - $300 and are available to buy online. Just click on your chosen restaurant below. SYDNEY
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
We accept all credit cards including AMEX and Diners. Please note there is a 0.8% service charge for all credit card payments.
I WANT TO MAKE A BOOKING FOR A LARGE PARTY BUT AM UNABLE TO DO SO ONLINE, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We have a limited number of large bookings available; in Sydney we can seat parties up to 20 guests and in Perth a table of 12. Please note all groups of 12+ have an 8% service gratuity attached to the final bill.
CAN I COME WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
Absolutely, we always keep tables available for ‘walk in’ customers. We would advise you to come along as early as you can and if there is a wait we will pop you on the waiting list; you are then free to have a drink at our bar or you can leave your number and go for a wander and we will call you as soon as your table is ready. Please note you must come to the restaurant in person to be added to the waiting list and the whole party must be present when we seat you.
