DEMO DAY

General Manager Neil Burke has been wooing the people of Liverpool as he did so magnificently when he was General Manager in Guildford last year.
At a recent John Lewis "Food Promo Day" Paul Kirk, Laura Barton and John Lamb from the restaurant set up a demo kitchen and made a variety of our dishes from the Jamie's Italian menu including fresh focaccia, meat anti-pasti planks, polenta chips, fish in a bag and ricotta ravioli.  The crowds gathered and absolutely loved it, the idea being to create awareness of the restaurant; how good the food is and how fantastic the team are.
Neil and head chef, Gary Valentine put in regular appearances throughout the day, talking to the crowd and giving away food, tips and advice.  The staff at John Lewis were extremely impressed and said it was without doubt the best demo they've ever hosted.
