COURSE OVERVIEW
Jamie's Ministry of Food Australia provides a 10-Week Basic Cooking Course in its Centres or a 5-Week Basic Cooking Course in its Trucks.
You will learn some of Jamie's best cooking tips, important knife skills, how to shop for groceries on a budget, how to understand food labels and some hints on nutrition and food safety.
The weekly 90 minute cooking classes are held at the same time and day, each week for the length of the course. The classes are completely hands-on so you'll get to see, smell, feel and taste everything that you cook. Plus you will get to enjoy marvelous meals at the Centre, or take them home!

FEES & CONCESSIONS
Each class costs only $10 full price $5 concession and includes all ingredients and recipes, plus you'll get to enjoy your marvelous meals at the Centre, or take them home!
