Although the weather wasn't particularly spring like, the Bradford Ministry of Food team took to the pavement outside the centre on Food Revolution Day to cook up a delicious chicken chow mein, as well as a warming pea and mint soup.
As soon as the delicious smells started to waft down the street, shoppers and passers by flocked around to watch, chat and, of course, have a taste. The comments throughout the day were fantastic, and people were very interested in the recipes the team headed out. The team were really pleased to be joined by four regular Ministry of Food students from West Silc School, who helped give out the recipes to onlookers and passed their own healthy eating tips.
