These clever little inventions let the steam escape from your pie so the crust can get nice and crispy. They keep the contents from overflowing, help the base cook properly, and support the lid so it won’t sag and get soggy. Inspired by Victorian chimneys, they’re made from stoneware. Designed by Graham Jowitt, there are three sizes in the set for pies of different heights.
