When all the pieces come together, for example at a trade show when all the items are displayed together - it is a wonderful moment!

 

Favourite dish to cook?

 

Seafood especially crab, I often go to the market to see what's fresh and then create a delicious meal for dinner!

How did you feel when you were asked to work on the Jme project?

When approached to work on Jme I felt excited as I feel we share a lot of the same values Jamie does and appreciate what he is doing in the world of food. The environment, the debate of organic versus non and artisan products, is just as important in the world of design as these all need to be kept in mind when designing and creating new innovative products.
