The highball is a glass tumbler traditionally used for serving cocktails like a classic G&T, Moscow Mule or Mojito. Legend has it that highball cocktails should be drunk in the afternoon when the sun is high (apparently the ‘ball’ in highball refers to the sun). They’re great for softer drinks too like juice, milk and water.
