Mango chutney is a British Raj creation inspired by the fresh, fiery chutneys of India. It’s one of the traditional British favourites that Peter Kerr and Rick Sheepshanks cook up in their Saucery in a converted Suffolk coach house. Made with mangoes heavy with juice, and spices including cumin, cardamom, coriander, turmeric, ginger and garlic, it’s as lovely on a cheese sandwich as it is with a spicy rogan josh. 425g
