Salt and lemon are one of the seaside’s finest combinations. Fresh from the Med comes this amazing mineral-rich sea salt infused with lemon zest. It’s made in Cyprus in the traditional way by channeling Mediterranean seawater into pots. After some time in the sun and wind all that’s left are these fine crystals of salt. Use it to bring out the best in a simple piece of grilled fish, fresh seasonal veg or roast potatoes. 250g portion.
