We were bowled over by the complex flavours in this olive oil when we tasted it in Andalusia, southeast of Cordoba. Made by a family of producers to an age-old recipe, it’s a blend of oils from Hojblanca, Arbequina and Picual olives, and has an intense citrusy flavour with a peppery kick and a sweet nutty aftertaste. Medium-full bodied, it’s a great everyday oil, perfect for whisking into marinades and dressings. Re-use the lovely black glass bottle when you’ve used the last drop of oil. 500ml.
