Good quality sea salt enhances the herby, green taste of rosemary and here you get them both in a perfect ratio of flavours. It’s made in Cyprus in the traditional way by channeling Mediterranean seawater into pots. After some time in the sun and wind all that’s left are these fine crystals of mineral-rich sea salt. Great with sizzling lamb chops, golden roast potatoes or over a salad of summer tomatoes.  250g portion.
