For delicious potatoes with a soft, creamy centre and a lovely smoky flavour, this is your pot. The potatoes are cooked dry, in their skins, directly against the clay of the pot. Sri Lankan cooks have used terracotta pots for centuries and this one is made in the village of Rukmale by skilled female potters. Each pot has a lovely unique shape and may have a slightly irregular bottom. For use on gas hobs only.
