This chopping tool is named after the Italian for ‘half moon’ because of its perfectly curved shape. The momentum of the rocking motion means you use less pressure than with a standard knife, making light work of herbs, nuts or spices. Designed by Phil Longstaff, the board is solid American oak with a rounded lip to keep your choppings from flying off. The knife blade is stainless steel.
