This is a mezzalulna and chopping board rolled into one beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. Designed exclusively for Jme by Phil Longstaff, it’s one of his beautiful, practical pieces in solid American oak. The flat board is useful for chopping chunky veg and the scooped out area is for finely chopping herbs or nuts with your mezzaluna blade. Once you’ve chopped your ingredients, you can push them onto the flat area ready for cooking.
