This cast iron griddle pan is a modern version of the old griddles integrated into the top of wood-burning stoves. With its natural non-stick surface, cast iron lets you cook with very little oil for healthy, tasty meals. The raised ridges give you authentic sear marks, and create a crusty, sticky outside around a juicy centre. This griddle can withstand high temperatures and can be used on the hob, barbecue or directly over coals outside. Great for browning, crisping or sautéing and excellent for steaks.
