This is the pan for fried rice, noodles, steamed dumplings and stir-fries with lots of fresh crunch and fragrant flavour. Made from carbon steel it heats quickly and evenly and a non-stick coating means you can cook healthy meals with very little oil. It comes with its own wooden spatula. Can be used on gas and electric hobs. With exclusive recipe card – Prawn and broccoli stir fry.
