Cocoa Loco

Cocoa Loco is a small team of chocolate artisans set up by chocolate lovers Sarah and Rory Payne. Working from a kitchen on the beautiful Knepp Castle estate in the heart of rural Sussex, they make everything by hand.  All ingredients are organic and many are Fairtrade. The chocolate comes from a co-operative in the Dominican Republic. It‘s 100% organic and the producers are paid a fair price to ensure the livelihood of the farmers, workers and their communities.
