This section of the website is all about my new food range - a selection of top-quality Italian ingredients designed to inspire your everyday meals. I wanted to bring a little spirit of this fantastic country to the British dinner table in a way that is pure and enjoyable. The range includes delicious extra virgin olive oil from Sicily, lovely hand-packed antipasti and a selection of pasta sauces that are ready to go! As well as designing ranges of cook, table and serveware with those guys, I’m also dead proud to have developed my own little gizmo – the Flavour Shaker™.
