Well, just sausage rolls, actually. But what wonderful ones... The editor decided to get lunch in for the team today, so he nipped off to Borough Market on his Vespa to go to The Ginger Pig. Nathen, the butcher who runs this brilliant shop (and who we featured in issue 8), makes what are certainly the tastiest sausages rolls I've come across, from premium cuts (mostly shoulder) of rare-breed animals. They're also the largest ones I've encountered - the picture is of only half of one, which was nevertheless a large enough lunch for one of my more self-disciplined colleagues.
