All-in-one rice & chicken

1. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and brown the chicken. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sweat the onion until softened, before adding the garlic and spices. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes and then add the rice, dates, honey.
2. Return the chicken to the pan and mix well. Cover with water, bring to the boil before allowing to simmer, covered, over a medium heat for 30 minutes till the rice and chicken are cooked.
