Banana, oats & figs

1. Peel and break up the bananas and add to a blender jug with the rest of the ingredients. Blitz until completely smooth. If you like your smoothie less thick, just add a dash of water, milk or juice to loosen it up. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

• 2 ripe bananas

• 250 milk
• A handful of porridge oats
• 1 tbsp whole almonds (skin on)
• 2 tsp runny honey
