Broad bean dip

1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the broad beans and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and refresh in iced water
2. Place in a food processor and blitz with the crème fraîche and a little seasoning. Place in a bowl and stir through the dill and lemon juice. Serve with flatbreads, pita bread or chunky bread.
