Broad Bean Dip

1. Whizz the beans to a paste using a hand blender. Pour in a little extra virgin olive oil to loosen the mixture and blitz again. Add the garlic and mint, and season to taste.

Per tablespoon 21 cals, 0.4g fat (0g saturated), 1.7g protein, 2g carbs, 0.3g sugars
