Campari & grapefruit sorbet

1. Mix Campari and grapefruit juice, and refrigerate until chilled. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Serve with tortas de aceite, which are sweet Spanish olive oil biscuits.
