Celery salt is a traditional condiment for boiled eggs, but here are three modern alternatives. Grind the ingredients together with a mortar and pestle, or blitz in a processor. Togarashi is a Japanese spice blend which you’ll find in select Asian groceries; sweet smoked paprika is sold in Spanish or Hungarian delis.
