Feather-steak sandwiches with fried onions

snacks and sides | serves 1

1. Season steaks. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 5–7 minutes until softened. Set aside and keep warm. Add a little oil to pan and cook steaks to your liking. Butter toast, make sandwiches with steaks, onions and mustard, then serve with a glass of red wine.
