Figs with pine nuts  & goat?s curd

snacks and sides | serves 4-6

1. Gently warm the honey and thyme in a small saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes, then set aside to infuse.
2. Heat a griddle pan over high heat. Place the figs on the griddle, cut-side down, and cook until charred. Season well. Top each fig half with a spoonful of goat?s curd, then drizzle with honey and scatter over the pine nuts.

? 125g soft goat?s curd or cheese
? 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
