100g dried blueberries
150g dried figs, roughly chopped
6 tbsp agave syrup
1 bramley apple, grated
Zest and juice of 2 clementines
tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground ginger
5 tbsp port
2 sprigs of rosemary, leaves
picked and finely chopped
