The perfect party showstopper

In a glass, mix the lemon juice and zest with ice, the cachaça, sugar syrup, orange blossom water and passion fruit. Top up with lemonade and garnish with mint. Note: we increased the quantities to fill a punch bowl and froze edible flowers in ice for a great party piece.

• Juice and zest of 1 lemon
• 60ml cachaça
• 20ml sugar syrup (see page 38)
• 2 drops orange
blossom water
• Pulp of 1 passion fruit
• Good-quality lemonade
• Mint sprigs, to garnish
