Jamie fuels Blues fans

Jamie has been talking about his latest catering venture at Manchester City Football Club’s Etihad stadium. Jamie went to the stadium to launch his new range of food for the supporters on match days and invited a select bunch of fans to try out the new menu.

There is still pie on the menu, a footie fan’s favourite, but with a twist from Jamie, and chips, amazing hot dogs and succulent burgers to keep the 2012 Premiership champions home supporters and away fans happy.

Up to 700 catering staff will be working on match days, serving up the food known as Fabulous Fanfayre around the ground as well as in the corporate areas. All the produce has been sourced as locally as possible including pork from Yorkshire and buns from Bolton.

Man City fans love their pies and Jamie told them on Monday: “Rest assured, I’m frightened enough of the fans not to take away their babies, for example the Chicken Balti pie.”

The range is all provided by Jamie’s Fabulous Feasts, which has a presence at Lord’s Cricket Ground as well other venues and events around the country.
