We seem to say this every year, but we just know that the Big Feastival 2014 is going to be the best one yet.
Why are we so sure? Well, for a start because we have the one and only Fatboy Slim headlining the Saturday night. He’ll be bringing back his endless list of floor-fillers, such as ‘Praise You’, ‘Gangster Tripping’ and ‘Weapon of Choice’. Joining him at the festival will be Kelis, indie folksters Stornoway and festival favourites Norman Jay MBE and the Cuban Brothers, before Jamie Cullum rounds of the weekend with his poppy brand of jazz.
Tickets are on sale now, so go to www.thebigfeastival.com or call 0844 995 9673 to get yours
With our own Jamie as the host there will, of course, be some fantastic street food stalls and restaurants, as well as demos from Gennaro Contaldo, Masterchef’s Monica Galetti, Heston Blumenthal’s protégé Ashley Palmer-Watts and, of course, Jamie himself.
There’s lots going on for the little ones too, because this is a family festival, including Adam Henson’s Cotswolds Farm Park, the Little Dudes Den and the Big Top tent, so everyone will have an amazing time.
As Jamie says: “Three full days of great music, delicious food and good times for all the family – get involved before tickets are gone and it’s too late!”
