fifteen apprentice programme

It’s not every day you have the opportunity to change your life forever. But the opening of applications to the Fifteen apprentice programmemeans you could do just that.

If you’re between 18 and 24, not in education, employment or training and are looking for a new direction, Fifteen could give you a shot at a better life through food.

Every year we take 18 young people and train them to become professional chefs, giving them all the cooking skills and pastoral care to help them succeed.

It doesn’t matter where you’ve come from or who you are, so long as you have a passion for food and are committed to becoming a chef. We’ve taken people who have been in prison, and helped them change into passionate foodies with top jobs in the industry.

As an apprentice you’ll be taught by some of the best chefs and producers in the world, go on sourcing trips to Europe, cook in Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen kitchens as well at catering college, and walk away with a nationally recognised qualification in catering.

So if you know someone who needs and deserves a chance, or if you’re looking for something that excites you and will get you up (usually very early) in the morning, apply here today*!
