Fifteen refurbished our flagship London restaurant to start 2010 with a bang. This is our eighth year of trading; in 2009 alone we served 114,000 diners. We’re continually striving towards creating an even better dining experience for our guests through evolving our menu, hiring and training fantastic staff, and most recently, refitting the restaurant itself to provide an atmosphere conducive to a memorable experience. All profits from the restaurant go to our charity, Fifteen Foundation, so diners can feel confident that the money they spend on their meals is going towards a good cause. All our work is done to fulfil Jamie’s vision of teaching the young and disadvantaged to become the next generation of professional chefs. Every year we graduate a new class of apprentices, supported by the funds generated by people dining at Fifteen.
Fifteen in London offers two dining experiences: the Dining Room downstairs serves an Ã la carte menu alongside a signature tasting menu of an evening. The Trattoria serves an Ã la carte menu upstairs. On Jan 6th we reopened the Trattoria with a fresh new look that included a new kitchen, bar area, tables and chairs, and a coat of paint. On Jan 14th we reopen the Dining Room with a start-of-the-art kitchen in which our chef apprentices are trained by experienced staff. We have refurbished both dining areas feel brighter and more sophisticated. We’re also carpeting the Dining Room and we can’t wait to showcase the colour…come dine with us soon to see for yourself!
